Defense drills:
- high 5, jump high 5

Defense trio with a ball:
- 2 v 1, focus on defender checking at the right time and right position


MPSH 6 (cos of rain)

3 man wave with 2 defenders

3 man wave with 3 defenders + 1 pivot

Half court game:
- change attacking team after 5 goals
- change attacking team after 5 minutes
