Warm up - Gladiator Game
Stretch

Up Down width Exercises:
- Knee Lifts, Butt Kicks, Side Steps, Left-Left-Right-Right
- Fake Left Go right.
- Forward Roll, Backward Roll
- Penguin, Butt slide

4 corners passing

One on One Drills
- 3 in a group.
- 1 feed, 1 will 闪切, 1 defend
- draw and dish off to 'winger'
- option of either
闪切 or dish off to winger

Keepers exercises
- Hand, leg lunge to side.
- Hop over dustbin
- Dodge under tape

shooting
- Applying the One on One drills.

-Side-to shooting + pass to 2nd man running in.
- LW to LB. LW starts wave, LB passes to LW.
- LB goes behind LW. LW continues run.
- LW passes to oncoming RB. RB within 2 steps finishes the shot
* this is to counter 5-1 defence. very quick rotation and movement of ball.

Side-to shooting + pass to 2nd man running BEHIND.
- same as above, just that LW has the option of LB or RB.


Game
- 15mins, two halves.

PT (2 sets)
- 1 round slope steps.
- 20 Push Ups
- 20 Sit Ups
- 1 min static Hold (two handed)
- 1 min Stance hold
